Delphic Insurance Services is a specialist insurance brokerage with global experience located in Melbourne, Australia. Our founder started his career in the UK as an underwriter and had experience writing the insurance policies for some of the worlds largest technology, media, accounting, banking and legal firms globally.
Established in 2015, with the idea of providing the same level of corporate risk and insurance advice and services to clients who would ordinarily find this level of advice out of reach. Insurance is indeed complicated, however enjoying the benefits of proper risk management should not just be enjoyed by the big players.
We emphasise risk mapping, analysis, mitigation and finally risk transfer. We strive for bespoke solutions for our individual clients needs, as we understand that each business is unique, as is their exposure and attitude towards risk. Drawing on over 20 years experience both in Australia and overseas, Delphic seeks to act as the trusted adviser to its clients providing a corporate style service offering to businesses who value the role of insurance as part of good risk management.

OUR MANAGING PRINCIPAL
PETER LIGDOPOULOS
Starting his insurance career as a professional risks underwriter in London, he worked on some of the most complex and diverse accounting, legal and professional services programs globally. He also worked with developing risk transfer products for the then new Web 2.0 companies which have now become household names.
In Australia he continued in underwriting, again looking after a diverse range of ASX100, Bio-Tech and ICT companies, being responsible for one of the largest corporate portfolios in Australia.
In 2015 he founded Delphic as an insurance consultancy and by mid 2016 as an insurance broker ensuring that all clients received a corporate level of advice and service that they need and deserve.
